This policy explains how MathToolsHub handles information when you use our website, create an account or purchase a subscription.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your email address, display name and education level.
• Learning information such as activity progress, scores and saved preferences.
• Subscription records such as Stripe customer, plan, status and renewal dates. MathToolsHub does not store complete payment-card details.
• Technical information needed for security, reliability and aggregate visitor statistics.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide learning services, synchronise progress, activate subscriptions, prevent abuse, support customers and improve the platform.

Service providers

Supabase provides account, database and protected-storage services. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing management. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.

Children and families

MathToolsHub provides educational material for school learners. A parent, guardian or authorised educator should assist younger learners when creating an account or making a purchase. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into worksheets, notepads or AI-assisted tools.

Retention and choices

We retain account and subscription records while needed to provide the service, meet financial obligations and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing admin@mathtoolshub.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.

Security

We use authenticated accounts, database access policies, private storage and verified Stripe webhooks. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use a unique password and protect their email account.
